Andrea Swanson Consulting
Time. To Think. Together.
We are facing extraordinary challenges in every facet of our personal and work lives, and our capacity to navigate and make sense of the complexity requires a resource that is both available and difficult to find — time to think together.
Andrea Swanson (MA, PPCC) is a certified coach and Organizational Development Professional, with more than ten years’ experience, helping people think together to develop solutions and find new ways forward.
Andrea has extensive experience in post-secondary institutions as an Organizational Consultant working with both teams and leaders. During her years in post-secondary, she supported senior administrators, directors, executives, faculty, managers and teams to develop their own insights, solutions, and ability to thrive in an increasingly complex and uncertain time. Before that, Andrea led and facilitated teams in the non- profit, family services and mental health sectors.
Andrea has a Master’s Degree in Organization Development and a Certificate in Personal and Professional Coaching (PPCC) both from Concordia University. She focuses her coaching and consulting practice on working and leading in complexity, leadership presence, human centred design, and the foundations of adult development theory.
